Orders can only be shipped only to destinations within the United States.
We ship all orders by US Postal Service Priority Mail with a delivery confirmation. Customers in Texas or neighboring states will usually receive their order within 1-2 business days, while West Coast and East Coast customers will usually receive their order in 2-3 business days.

Your first order: At Longlife, we realize you may have already tried other products and had minimal or no results. We also realize that letting your pet suffer is not an option. Not only do we offer a superior product, we stand behind it.
If Longlife does not show results in your pet with the first order, we will gladly refund your money for any unused products, less a 15% product surcharge, and excluding any shipping or handling fees.
To receive a refund, we require that you meet a few simple conditions. We have made the steps as easy as possible for your convenience, though we reserve the right to deny any refunds that do not meet the following requirements:
In order to receive a refund, do not throw your product bottles away!
Immune Booster Supplement: Due to the perishability of this product, returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the day that you received your order. We do not count the time before your package arrives toward the 10 days.
Longlife for Dogs: Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the day that you received your order. We do not count the time before your package arrives toward the 30 days.
Longlife for Cats: Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the day that you received your order. We do not count the time before your package arrives toward the 30 days.
To Receive a Product Refund on your First Order:
1) Return all product bottles – unopened, partially used, or empty via US Postal Service Priority Mail, or a similar 2-3 day shipping service. You must obtain a tracking number from the postal service or shipping company. (US Postal Service charges about 50 cents for a confirmation number.) This step protects you against loss of packages. We do not reimburse for return shipping fees or for lost packages.

2) Contact us by email at email@example.com after you have sent your return so we know to expect your package. Include in your email the following information:
1. Your order number as shown on your packing slip.
2. Your complete name and address.
3. The tracking number of your package.
4. Describe the reason for your return.
3) After we have received your package, if your return meets the guidelines indicated above, within 5 to 7 business days we will refund your credit card used to purchase the Longlife products. We will refund only the original credit card used for the price of the returned product, less the 15% product surcharge, shipping, and handling fees.
