Never run out of Longlife Pet Supplements.  We have now set up an Auto Replenishment Program which allows you to order a recurring, automatic 30 day, 60 day, 90 day or 120 day supply of your Longlife Program.  Based on your selection, we will automatically ship you your order and, for those customers on the auto-replenishment program, all shipping fees are waived.   Great savings on a great product for your dog or cat.   

You can also rest assured that your credit card information is protected.  All information will remain with and will not be retained by Longlife Pet Supplements.  A recurring charge in the amount of the Program selected for auto-replenishment will be automatically charged to your credit or debit card for each shipment on the schedule you request when you select the product.    There is no minimum term of the subscription and no minimum purchase obligation.  Your subscription will continue until you cancel it. 

Simply call Customer Service either by phone at (832) 341-4324, Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. or email us at recurring to provide us with your information.  Whether by phone or email, simply let us know your name and when is the best time for us to reach out to you and we will get you all set up.  You won’t have to worry about running out of your Longlife Program ever again.

Auto-replenishment Program


You accept this Auto-Replenishment Program Recurring Payments and Billing Agreement when you sign up for a recurring payment with Longlife Pet Supplements.

1.     RecurringPayments
A Recurring Payment is a payment in which you (as a buyer) provide an advance authorization to a third party (Longlife Pet Supplements) for a third party initiated payment, that is a charge to the credit or debit card that you supplied to us directly on a one-time, regular, or sporadic basis. By providing an advanced authorization for a third party initiated payment, you are giving the third party the ability to collect or reverse variable payment amounts from your credit card or debit card until such time as this arrangement is canceled.

2.     You hereby authorize and instruct the third party (Longlife Pet Supplements) to collect the agreed upon price for the 30 day, 60 day, 90 day or 120 day Longlife Pet Supplements Program you have selected.  All shipping fees under this Auto Replenishment Program are waived and will not be charged to your credit card or debit card. 

3.     If your credit or debit card fails, Longlife Pet Supplements may try to complete the transaction.  If it fails again, your auto-replenishment program will be canceled until such time as you provide Longlife Pet Supplements with another acceptable means of payment for your product.  Any banking or other charges associated with failed payments can be charged to you.   No orders will be filled in accordance with the Auto-Replenishment program absent sufficient funds to cover the order. 

4.     Cancelling Recurring Payments is easy.  Simply contact Longlife Pet Supplements Customer Service at (832) 341-4324, Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., or email and advise that you wish to cancel the program.  So long as the notification is received 24 hours in advance of the next shipment, we will no longer ship you the Longlife products under the program. 

5.     Merchant obligations

Longlife Pet Supplements agrees to supply its products in accordance with your order for the Auto-Replenishment Program.  Once your Longlife order has been shipped, Longlife will abide by the return policy set forth on its website.  Note that all authorizations for the use of your credit or debit card will be done by and Longlife Pet Supplements will not retain any of your credit or debit card information on file once your initial order is processed.  Longlife Pet Supplements will not be responsible for any fraudulent activity on your credit or debit cards as it will not retain any confidential payment information; this information will be retained by, who will process all payments.
